Why are arms on armchairs straight? This was the question posed as the inspiration for Bras (arm). This project was born from the gesture of an arm on an armchair, angled away and then towards you to follow the natural contour your arms make when sitting. There are several mutations (similar to Siamese twins) of these to form diverse seating typologies, from a single chair to units coming together or breaking apart. They are based on wire cut EPS foam technology and natural felt coverings; large volumes but extremely light and manageable.
